Stardog Spring Integration Support

This ticket is to add a new subproject, stardog-spring-integration that will provide the SpringIntegratoin adapter for SNARL.

The benefit of this is two fold - first being able to build EIA type apps with Spring Integration. The second is interoperability with Spring XD, the data pipeline tool from Spring that can connect Hadoop to a spring integration fronted data source. Spring XD isn't a library/framework, but a fully usable tool. This ticket should also test with Spring XD.
