Can't Rename Attachment

I've tried several different notes, the web client, and the Mac client. I use the 3 dots, right click the attachment, select "Rename" and enter the new doc title. I click submit & nothing changes.

Also, the document preview for everything I've tried so far says "Attachment Preview Unavailable"

Reopening the note properties panel shows the attachement with the name it was renamed to. Though rename isn't reflecting in the note. Needs to be fixed
