Update 3.0.31 made appearance worse

What problem are you facing?

Now on new update.when I click on Note, Notesnook creates a coloured line on the left of the last selected Note.

This behaivor is new to me and its confusing and I'm not sure if it's a bug or it should help with something I don't guess?

This line persists even after closing the app.

What's the solution you'd like to see in Notesnook?

Removing the line like it was before for the sake of overview and clean setup

What alternatives have you considered?

Make a option-toggle and let the user decide
