[Feature]: Tap to toggle on Transfer Funds confirm page

Describe the problem

When transferring funds to spending, the PLEASE CONFIRM page shows either btc or fiat depending on what you were using to enter the amount on the previous screen. There is no way to toggle on this screen.

Describe the solution

Allow toggling by tapping on any of the values.
