Make this compatible with Clerk and Vercel PG Database

It looks like https://github.com/clerk/t3-turbo-and-clerk is very out of date. It would be cool to have the official create-t3-turbo repo support Clerk and Vercel Postgres (now that PlanetScale is no longer free for hobbyists).

Describe the solution you'd like to see

create-t3-turbo is configured out of the box to work with Clerk (instead of the current auth implementation) and Vercel PG (instead of Planetscale).

Additional information

I'm literally working on this right now for my own side project, and would potentially be down to herald this into existence.

Edit: seems like NextAuth.js is the opinionated supported auth methodology for t3. Maybe the create-t3-turbo command provides an option of whether to use NextAuth.js [default] or Clerk?
