Seems like typed routes is not working in Expo 51 according to this: expo/expo#28680 |

I just did a fresh install of the project, after running the expo server for the first time, it does create static types in /apps/expo/.expo/types/router.d.ts but the typescript server looks at the types from node_modules/expo-router/types/expo-router.d.ts which doesn't provide types for my expo router paths and params.
