question when use trpc within packages/someuicomp

i build an app now i move alot of my shared client side into packages
now i have critical issue i have this code

now this code i use utils.user.securityAudit.fetch(userId) this protected route now i check from apps and it is working
what do i here that not correct it failed fetch every time and i feel like i missing something
