e.g. /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_66.jdk/Contents/

Maybe it's better to have a separate option for that? I would not expect a tool install something system-wide if I forget to specify output location. Also, it would require sudo permissions on most modern OS'es.

Maybe so ... but it would be good to have either way.
