Qt linguist should be able to automatically find the corresponding translation. Then you just have to confirm for each language that it is the correct one.

Fun fact: In the year 2010 I wrote a bug report that Qt linguist does not find the correct translation. Yesterday I got the first response that they have fixed it in the meantime.
