This will make it easier to iterate on Hub auth flows, and allows us to test those changes in isolation. Since the primary entry-point for all js-threads APIs will be js-hub, the public APIs will look and feel the same, but it will be easier for us in terms of testing, organization, and development flow. This is going to happen as "part" of the "great refactor" (#414 ), so all of these APIs will be stripped from the new threads code and moved to hub as needed.

Closing this in favor of moving most packages to js-textile mono-repo in the near future.
