Allow people to set custom avatar when using Oauth2 (gitea) linked accounts

Would it be possible to allow people to set their own avatar when the account is created through an Oauth2 link via Gitea/Forgejo?

I somehow got an avatar on the first admin user I created, but I suspect I only added the Oauth2 account link to that one later and thus was able to set the avatar manually before that.

Of course ideally it would pull the avatar from Gitea, but I think that might be more complicated than allowing people to just set their own?
