React-day-picker v7.4.10 which we are currently using in thumbprint is frozen and there are no plans for updating it by authors. So, this issue is to upgrade React-day-picker v7 to v8 in the thumbprint repo to get advantages of the new package upgrade and fixing some P0 accessibility issues reported on our platform’s calendar component.

Modify Calendar component accordingly to migration doc.
