Cannot install for postgresql 17 on Ubuntu 24.04.1

• Postgresql version: Postgresql 17.2
• Timescaledb: 2.18
• Installation method: apt

Describe the bug

Cannot install timescaledb-toolkit for postgresql 17.

To Reproduce

$ sudo apt install timescaledb-toolkit-postgresql-17
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package timescaledb-toolkit-postgresql-17

Expected behavior
Install is successful for timescaldb-toolkit on postgresql 17.

Actual behavior
Package is not found.

Additional context

Release 1.19 release in November 2024 supports postgresql 17.
Package seems to be listed on package cloud: https://packagecloud.io/app/timescale/timescaledb/search?q=timescaledb-toolkit-postgresql-17&filter=all&filter=all&dist=ubuntu&arch=

But not for Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble)
