Middle value in rotary knobs is hard to select #7

Action taken:

rotary knob 0.0 - 10.0, currently at 5.0
mouse down on the knob
drag up and down

Expected behavior: if you drag the mouse back to the starting point, the knob is at 5.0. If you release the mouse button, the knob stays at 5.0

Actual behavior: the knob will got to 4.9 and 5.1, but skip 5.0.

This doesn't always happen. Releasing it at 4.9 and starting a new drag will usually allow to set the value to 5.0
