Improve Footer Component

Describe the bug
The current footer component in mobile view lacks visual appeal and is not fully optimized for smaller screens. It appears basic and doesn't align well with modern UI/UX standards, making it feel outdated and uninspiring on mobile devices.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to any page with the footer component.
• Scroll down to the footer section on a mobile device.
• Notice the basic layout and lack of engaging design.

Expected behavior
The footer should be more visually appealing and user-friendly in mobile view. It should include better layout structure, improved spacing, and modern design elements (e.g., icons, typography, etc.) to make it look professional and engaging.

Additional context
