Is there a dependency of vim-rhubarb for using Gbrowse?

I couldn't make it work, I was receiving the error "no GBrowse handler installed for ..." when trying to use it and the fugitive docs were not helping. Just by installing vim-rhubarb that it was fixed. Maybe it'd be helpful including it in the docs?
