Track number not detected for some albums

Some of the albums I have downloaded aren't getting their track number detected for the songs in them. They are all in FLAC format.

It seems that the ones I downloaded from Bandcamp get detected fine, while the ones I downloaded from lucida.to do not. (I only use that 2nd site when artists don't want to sell their songs)

On the right is a screenshot from VLC which shows it has the track information.

Strangely, the songs are mostly listed in order even without the track information showing, the screenshot below is an outlier (which is what this issue is about).
