Hello!

I'm a new Injecta user working on a thesis using the RGI software (https://card.mcmaster.ca/analyze/rgi) and CARD database (https://card.mcmaster.ca/).

I was wondering if there's any documentation or any guidance you could provide as to how Injecta might be used to add/remove genes to/from a genome.
