オプションの -b で最も簡潔(brief)なファイルを残すという指定が出来る様にしたい。 #17

shortest file name だと -s にしたら、他の目的のオプションで s を使いたくなるので、あまり使わない b にしてみた。
しかし、--shortest と言うロングオプションで対応するという手もあった。
