The problem was solved by reinstalling the integration, although then I had to change the device_id in all automations and scripts.

Reinstalling the integration didn't help. I installed 1.4.6, but i have this error: Config flow could not be loaded: {"message":"Invalid handler specified"}

The problem was with the password filled by Password app on iPhone. I typed it by hand and the integration works again.
