If case this agent doesn't work as expected, we might ask you for some logs.

On your PMS, locate the logs directory, and find a directory named plug-ins. Logs for this agent will be in that directory, and make a zip file of it, as well as all files named siml, but with a number included

To submit the logs, then, and preferred, submit them to the forums here, or send them to me directly in a PM
