Quite a few contracts that account for significant amount of burned fees do not have a category.
We should try to fix that.

Possible approaches:

Integrate new data provider for categorisation
For at least some contracts there is some metadata (i.e. description) available. We might be able to deduce the category from that ? (Maybe using some genAI api ? ) (See examples in screenshots below)

I guess to add an additional metadata / categorization source this would be the right entrypoint.

@alextes Is that correct ?
