More descriptive information on certification forms

As a recipient of a certification, I want to be able to show my credentials to other people to show my achievements. Especially for airdropped certifications handled by email, the only identifier is a truncated address of an embedded wallet, which is likely meaningless to most recipients or viewers. (Especially if the wallet address is a novel, Privy-generated wallet with only an 0x... address on it.)
