Vercel Postgres still exists. The creation of new Vercel Postgres stores have just been transitioned to the Vercel Marketplace with Neon Postgres. Vercel Postgres has always been powered by Neon Postgres, and that is stated clearly in both the README of this repo and Vercel Storage documentation.
