Why these storage options enable_partitioned_index_filter/max_edge_returned_per_vertex treat as custom options?

• Why are enable_partitioned_index_filter and max_edge_returned_per_vertex values are in the nebula-storaged.conf file custom category?

• Even though cache is enabled, our queries are running slow
