[Feature] Option for minimizing the app to system tray

Now when I open the app on Windows it shows icon in system tray and panel on taskbar.

It would be great to have an option for minimizing the app to system tray (not showing panel on taskbar). It will able to create more clearer screencasts hiding unnecessary panels on taskbar except the apps you are working with

This is the responsibility of the desktop environment.
And can be configured in KDE Plasma, for example.
If this is not the case in your desktop environment, please submit a feature request there.
