How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)

include tang

What are you seeing

Error: Systemd start for tang.socket failed!
journalctl log for tang.socket:
-- No entries --

Error: /Stage[main]/Tang::Service/Service[tang.socket]/ensure: change from 'stopped' to 'running' failed: Systemd start for tang.socket failed!
journalctl log for tang.socket:
-- No entries --
