[API] Export of functions and types

Describe the feature you'd like

I would like the functions (utils catalog) and types (e.g. /clients/search/types) from @faststore/api/src/platforms/vtex to be exported from the package because they are currently not reusable in other packages or within the store project itself.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I had to copy useful types and functions into my project rather than being able to simply import them.
