[Bug]: My account -> Shipping/billing details doesn't return addresses for non-US addresses (potentially a backend issue)

Expected Behavior

We expect all the addresses to be returned no matter where they actually point to.

Actual Behavior

We don't get any addresses outside the US returned in the User Panel.

Allright, so this has been tested out and tried to workaround it but it turns out it is a backend issue. It seems that it's Spree 4.3 related bug, so no need to investigate it further at the moment.
