Brought up during TPAC [meeting] (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qKADVLZd8wxep0NWxHVmMXoJipdKn4ACxcJbNBBLF7g/edit) having the ability for the owner of the credential to be able to confirm the usage and potentially track the usage could be helpful.
