missing db columnn after upgrade from 0.95 to 1.0.1

Hi,

I'm attempting to update a wagtail-localize installation from 0.95 to 1.0.1.

However, once I've updated it, when I try to edit a page, I get the following error:

column wagtail_localize_translation.source_last_updated_at does not exist

                                                             ^

when I look at the migrations that are run after upgrading, I see the following:
wagtail_localize.0014_remove_translation_source_last_updated_at

So, it's obviously looking for a column that's been removed. I looked around the docs for anything I missed during the upgrade but didn't spot anything.

Am I missing something obvious?

@things can you the wagtail_localize.0014_remove_translation_source_last_updated_at migration been run?
Can you post the full traceback? It would help identify what is trying to access that.

The change came in #453 -- see the notes there, in case you have some custom code that uses Translation.source_last_updated_at

@zerolab thanks for responding. I did see the migration running in the terminal.
I have no custom code that uses it, I ran a search across the whole project just in case but nothing came up.
