In docs, ensure it is clear that Open-saas is a template based on Wasp the framework

Maybe this is just inevitable and some people will get confused, but I opened this issue in case we can somehow reduce the chance of this happening.
So, let's ensure this is clear in docs. Maybe we can state it in a more clear fashion? More obvious? Multiple strategic places?
