Currently using v1.99.3_amd64_AppImage on Fedora 41 x86_64 - works fine.

Tried the new v1.99.5_amd64_AppImage - just shows a greyed-out window below the webOS Dev Manager title bar - see below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download v1.99.5_amd64_AppImage
  2. Change permissions to executable.
  3. Double-click to run - results as per attached image below.

Expected behavior
To run as per v1.99.3.

Additional context

  • OS: Fedora 41 x86_64.
  • Followed exactly the same procedure with v1.99.5 as I have with v1.13.3 and v1.99.3.

Previous versions of amd64 AppImage I've used work fine (v1.13.3 and v1.99.3)

Seems that the issue is related to dependencies included in the AppImage.

Similar issue has been described in tauri-apps/tauri#11994
And we could expect it to be fixed by tauri-apps/tauri#12491

Please keep this open. In the meantime, you could use older version or build the AppImage on your machine.
