Context: on my grandfather's TV it doesn't let me connect the webos dev manager, I get that the key is off, but it's really not like that, on the TV it is on, I put the ip and the passphrase correctly and not even so, I even deactivated the developer mode several times, I deactivated and activated the agreements and not even so, what can I do?

Previously I was able to connect it, maybe a month ago, I even installed the Homebrow so I didn't have to use the PC to download something else, but maybe I didn't extend the time and my session ended, when I tried to reconnect if it let me but when I wanted to install any app I just loaded and loaded and nothing was installed, Recently I try again and it directly won't let me, it comes out that the key is deactivated when it is not.
