What problem are you facing?
Right now, if someone is banned from sending anonymous messages, they can just use an alternate discord account to send messages from.
What can we do to fix that problem?
If we require users to have sent some minimum number of messages before being able to use the bot, then we can prevent alternate accounts from being used.
