$INSTALL_PATH/templates/<name> should contain all assets(Images, HTML, CSS, JS, …) belonging to a template for easy removal and install.

This is related to issue #40, right?

Slightly, but not entirely. All template artifacts (HTML, CSS, JS, Images) should live in a single directory to avoid collision with other templates. The single directory should be the name of the template. I think <template name>/index.html being used as the template markup could work well.
