[QA] "Submit" button moves after clicking on it

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

1. Select Ethereum network and ETH token in "From" section (MetaMask wallet auto-connects)
2. Select Arbitrum network in "To" section (MetaMask wallet auto-connect)
3. Click on wallet address and select "Change wallet" option
4. Enter "1" in field to specify account manually
5. Click on "Submit" button
6. Check if "Submit" button moves

Actual result: "Submit" button changes it position.
Expected result: "Submit" button does not change it position.
