UPDATE :

Mr Heptazhou suggests to me this idea to fix this problem of not displaying temporary video :

"Try setting browser.cache.disk.enable to true and reducing media.memory_cache_max_size. "

sadly , it doesn't work, I'm not an expert, I hope this track will be explored more in depth, maybe there are other configs to modify .....thanks :)
