Make ttv.lol compatible with "alternate player for twitch"

Hi, i was wondering if it was possible to make ttv.lol work when watching twitch through alternate player for twitch.
I use alternate player for twitch normally to watch stream but the extensions is pretty much abandoned atm and the ad block method with the extension is just blocking the entire stream and nothing else until the ads stop.
