Closing all Tabs should open a New Tab

When I close all my tabs, it defaults to opening a Pinned Tab.
Instead, I think it makes way more sense to open an empty New Tab.

There was a previous version of Zen (I forget which one) that did this. I really liked that feature.

Same, I'd like to know if it could be a feature that can be toggled in a future patch.
