Make everything available for Private mode as well

Things like theming everything from the tab bar, using random downloaded themes, using gradiance or solid custom hex color and creating workspaces non of this works in Private (Incognito) mode. Please add everything you can do in non private mode available in that mode as well right now Zen is only half functional this way.
