L'utilisateur a besoin de savoir si il a déjà regardé un talk ou non.
Cela peut s'appliquer sur deux points:

l'affichage du composant talks:
- par ex: si un talk a déjà été consulté par l'utilisateur on pourrait afficher une petite coche
Ajouter un filtre oui/non sur cette méta "déja vu".
