Goal: easy and stable rollback procedure if upgrade fails

Investigate, test and fix upgrade by cosmovisor
Do fixes / improvement in cosmovisor if needed
Ideally - fully automatic, so that if dcld cannot start after upgrade, cosmovisor should rollback to the previous version.
