中文readme是过时的，看英文的

用爱发电的项目没有精力维护多语种readme是可以理解的。

但说实话，“过时的中文readme”要比“没有中文readme”糟糕很多，不如删掉或者只保留最基础的说明，把精力放在维护英文readme的完善和正确。我们应该可以默认每个有能力上github的人都至少能借助谷歌翻译去阅读英文readme？
