Changes proposed in this Pull Request

This PR fixes the Stripe KYC flow color and removes an unused svg file

Testing instructions

  • Checkout to this branch
  • Go to /wp-admin > Payments > Dashboard
  • Click the reset account button
  • Go through the KYC flow
  • Make sure the color that shows up in the login page uses the updated color
  • Run npm run changelog to add a changelog file, choose patch to leave it empty if the change is not significant. You can add multiple changelog files in one PR by running this command a few times.
  • Covered with tests (or have a good reason not to test in description ☝️)
  • Tested on mobile (or does not apply)

I'm wondering now if we maybe need some sort of white-ish flavor of the new logo? Since if we just change the background color, it'll be a purple logo on a purple background, with only a tiny white circular border to differentiate the two.
