[Feature Request] In case of 404, ensure the exception message contains the URL without query params

Problem statement

Customers who report 404 error are not able to zero in on the authority used. It would be better if MSAL included it in the error message.

I want to work on this feature we can Capture the authority URL used during the authentication flow within the MSAL library and when a 404 error occurs, include the captured authority URL in the error message.
