@ashok672 can you please add a bug and the reason for the bump.

I don't have a bug in public repo and this is generally to keep the NativeInterop at the latest version which always has improvements and bug fixes(through all other internal OneAuth/MSAL reported bugs) on a weekly basis.

Since MSAL does not follow a weekly release cadence, it may be beneficial to explore an alternative approach for managing NativeInterop updates.

I am not planning to update this every week. 0.18.1 has some important bug fixes that we discovered through internal MSAL customers and might benefit the MSAL.NET as well.
