Drop bad epochs

Brainlife App to reject bad epochs using MNE-Python epoch.drop.

Documentation

Input files are:

  • a MEG file in fif format (mne/epochs).

Input parameters are:

  • drop: str , The comma-separated list of epochs to drop (e.g. "1, 25, 32").

Ouput files are:

  • the updated MEG file in fif format (mne/epochs), where the epochs have been removed.
