root: releasing version v1.1.1

It appeared the v1.1.0 version number was incorrectly placed inside the documents. Hence, we need to release a new patch for it. Let's do this. This patch release version v1.1.1 to synchonize the version number in all mediums. Signed-off-by: (Holloway) Chew, Kean Ho <[email protected]>
