Previously in the rgmanager sybase agent the user and password were stored in a file that had to be parsed on disk. This behavior has been preserved for the rgmanager agent, but the heartbeat agent now allows these fields to be passed directly into the agent.

@dmuhamedagic This code is still being tested internally. I'll merge it once its in a state we know we'll support. |

I've merged the rgmanager ASEHAagent into the heartbeat directory as the sybaseASE agent. The rgmanager ASEHAagent agent use-case has been preserved by creating a wrapper script that calls into the new heartbeat sybaseASE agent.
